EAHAD 2020 is taking place from 4-7 February under the direction of Congress President, Prof. Dr. Karin Fijn van Draat. The theme of this year’s Congress is “A Golden Age of Treatment Choice”.
On Tuesday 4 February, we start with our Pre-Congress Day, where nurses, physiotherapists, and psychosocial professionals can experience interactive and original presentations dedicated to each profession. On Wednesday 5, delegates can anticipate an insightful Multidisciplinary Educational Session, this year focusing on managing woman-specific bleeding issues, where two different cases and six distinct professional perspectives will be presented.
On Thursday 6, we change things up, as our first session will go broader than haemophilia care exploring why technology is our natural future. Finally, on Friday 7, the engaging SLAM presentations will surely justify why they are now a congress staple. Of course, we would be remiss not to mention our social and networking events, as well as the announcement of the 2020 Research Grant award winner.
The highlights above are just a small preview of the host of different EAHAD 2020 sessions and presentations that promise to perfectly capture the current zeitgeist in haemophilia and bleeding disorders care.
